TICKET POLICIES & CONDITIONS
AISTIN WINE WEEK TICKET POLICIES + CONDITIONS
By purchasing or using an Austin Wine Week ticket, all ticket holders agree to the following terms:
Austin Wine Week events are 21+ unless otherwise specified. No one under 21 will be admitted, including infants. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. IDs will be checked at entry.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Tickets are non-refundable. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted. Tickets are transferable; however, each ticket will only scan once per purchased event.
Event schedules, dates, times, venues, and participating personalities are subject to change without notice. All events take place rain or shine.
Austin Wine Week reserves the right to refuse admission, or to remove any attendee whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or intoxicated, without refund. Guests are expected to consume alcoholic beverages responsibly. Any individual who appears to be over-consuming alcohol may be ejected from the event without refund.
Ticket holders voluntarily assume all risks incidental to attending Austin Wine Week events, along with its agents, venues, vendors, sponsors, and employees, shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from attendance.
Tickets, badges, and wristbands will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed, except at published onsite replacement rates. Proof of ticket purchase is required for re-entry.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted. As a condition of entry, all bags and personal items are subject to search.
Unauthorized sound recordings, photography, or videography are prohibited without prior written approval. Skateboards, bicycles, skates, rollerblades, and pets (except trained service animals) are not permitted.
Tickets may not be duplicated, resold in violation of applicable laws, or otherwise misused. Violations may result in ejection, denial of entry, or legal action.
By attending, guests grant permission for Austin Wine Week and its partners to capture and use their likeness in photography and video for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes.
Tickets are sold solely for admission to the Event for entertainment and educational purposes. All tastings and samples are included in the ticket price. Alcohol service will conclude 15 minutes prior to event closing. Food and beverage tastings are available while supplies last.
Appropriate event credentials, including tickets must be presented for admission.
These policies contain legal obligations. Please review carefully prior to purchase or attendance.
PRICING & OTHER ERRORS
All tickets are subject to applicable service and processing fees. Austin Wine Week ticketing is handled through a third-party provider, which applies convenience fees to cover operational costs, including payment processing and platform expenses. Tickets are delivered electronically,
In the event of a pricing, technical, or publishing error — including but not limited to incorrect pricing, early access to tickets prior to an official on-sale or presale date, or the sale of tickets not intended for release — Event Management reserves the right to cancel the affected ticket(s) or order(s).
If such a cancellation occurs, purchasers will receive a refund equal to the amount paid. This policy applies regardless of whether the error resulted from human oversight or a system malfunction.
CANCELLED / POSTPONED EVENTS
Austin Wine Week and its associated ticketing platforms are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No warranties, express or implied, are made regarding the uninterrupted availability of the site, ticketing services, or related event information. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free performance. Event details, content, and services may change without notice.
Austin Wine Week events may occasionally be canceled, postponed, or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond Event Management’s control, including but not limited to Acts of God or unforeseen occurrences. Such circumstances may include extreme weather, natural disasters, fire, labor disputes, public safety concerns, governmental actions, or other emergencies that render the event impracticable, illegal, or impossible to conduct.
In the event of a cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling due to these circumstances, Event Management shall not be liable for any additional costs or damages incurred by ticket holders, including travel or accommodation expenses. Refund policies for canceled or postponed events will be governed by the specific terms communicated for that event.
Event Management will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes and, when feasible, offer substitute programming.
Workshops, seminars, tours, and other scheduled activities associated with Austin Wine Week are subject to modification or cancellation. Certain activities may require minimum registration levels to operate. If an activity is canceled solely due to insufficient registrations, appropriate refunds will be issued for that activity.
