Austin Wine Week takes place across multiple venues throughout Austin. Your ticket confirmation email will list your specific event location(s), date(s), and time(s). Please review your confirmation carefully prior to arrival.

Austin Wine Week events are all-inclusive unless otherwise noted. Within your ticketed event area, guests may enjoy sample-sized food and beverage tastings provided by participating partners, or full meals if guests are attending a dinner. 

VIP ticket holders receive access to events prior to General Admission ticket holders. 

Festival dinners and seated events feature curated menus, with all listed food and beverage offerings included. Parking, valet, and transportation are not included. Merchandise, retail items, and third-party vendor sales are available for purchase separately.

All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable.

Tickets are transferable to another guest 21+ with valid photo ID. Name changes are not required. Each ticket will scan once per event. Re-entry policies vary by venue and event.

For ticket upgrades, contact the Austin Wine Week team prior to the event. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, upgrades may not be possible for sold-out events.

A current list of participating wineries, chefs, restaurants, and partners is available on the Austin Wine Week website. Participants are subject to change.

Austin Wine Week prioritizes the safety of guests, partners, and staff. All attendees agree to comply with any published health, safety, or venue-specific requirements. Protocols may evolve based on local regulations or event conditions.

For guest safety, all bags are subject to search. Prohibited items include weapons, outside food or beverages, illegal substances, and any items deemed a security risk by Event Management or venue staff. Additional venue-specific restrictions may apply.

Austin Wine Week events are 21+. No children, infants, or pets are permitted. Trained service animals assisting guests with disabilities are welcome.

Events take place rain or shine.

Guests are strongly encouraged to use ride-share services or alternative transportation. Attendees assume full responsibility for transportation arrangements and decisions regarding alcohol consumption.

Select Austin Wine Week programming supports charitable and community initiatives. Details regarding beneficiaries may vary by event.

For lost items, please contact the Austin Wine Week team via the website. Unclaimed items may be donated after a reasonable holding period. Event Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended belongings.
